📜 Roundtable Royal Court Booking & Payment Policy To ensure consistency, fairness, and the highest quality experience for all participants, Roundtable Royal Court operates under the following booking and payment guidelines: 💳 Monthly Payment Commitment - Participation in Roundtable Royal Court requires a monthly payment, due prior to the start of each session cycle. - Payments secure a student’s spot for all scheduled virtual and in-person meetings during that month. 🚫Refund Policy - Participants have up to 12 hours before the monthly session begins for a refund. -Payments are non-refundable 12 hours before the first session begins. - Refunds will not be issued for missed meetings, voluntary withdrawal, or dismissal from the program due to behavioral or policy violations. 📅 Attendance & Participation - Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled meetings to benefit fully from the program. - Absences, whether excused or unexcused, do not qualify for partial refunds or credits toward future sessions. ⚖️ Dismissal Clause - Roundtable Royal Court reserves the right to dismiss any participant who violates program rules or disrupts the learning environment. - In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remainder of the month.
