Cancellation Policy
📋 General Booking & Payment Policy To maintain fairness, clarity, and a high standard of service, the following policy applies to all general services provided by our organization: 💼 Service Booking & Monthly Payment - All services are offered on a monthly commitment basis unless otherwise specified. - Payment is required in full prior to the start of each monthly service period to confirm and reserve your participation or access. 🚫 No Refund Policy - Once the monthly service period begins, payments are non-refundable. - Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, voluntary withdrawal, or removal from services due to policy violations or non-compliance. 📆 Attendance & Engagement - Clients are encouraged to fully engage with all scheduled sessions or service components to receive the maximum benefit. - Missed sessions or non-participation do not qualify for partial refunds or credits. ⚖️ Dismissal & Termination - We reserve the right to discontinue services for any client who violates program guidelines, disrupts the service environment, or fails to meet participation expectations. - In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the service period.
